The Hilltop Regional Kitchen, is a 501(c)3 organization, located in Eagle Bend, Minnesota. It provides the kitchen facilities where meals for communities across Central Minnesota are prepared. From this location, LSS Meals, a service of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS), produces meals for 10 communities in the region. This includes LSS Meals on Wheels and frozen meals shipped through LSS Meals to Go. LSS also offers on-site community dining at Hilltop Regional Kitchen.
The mission is to maintain a facility that meets the nutritional and social needs of residents in the region.

The barn quilt was a gift from Barn Quilts of Central Minnesota and was painted by art students at Staples Motley High School.
