The “M”: It began with my craft loving neighbor asking me over to try painting a barn quilt with her and one other friend. A nice big heated garage, lots of laughing and the challenge and fun of making a barn quilt was born. I looked at all different kinds of barn quilts and patterns on Pinterest and found one I liked. I was intimidated by the large size so I did a smaller 4ft x 4ft size. The colors came from what we had on hand. The letter “M” came from the first letter of my name.
